Pros (+) Every staff interaction was terrific. Friendly, eager, helpful, welcoming. Front desk, restaurant (tapas bar, food and staff shine!) History just walks the halls with you! The rooftop pool and hot tub with harbor view at sunset was something special. Then we left a coat behind, and discovered it after our cruise ship left, they packed it up and Shipped it home.
